Salon Information
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for an amount of your choice and some select treatments. Gift Certificates are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Mobile Phones
We respectfully request that all mobile phones be switched off during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We request that clients provide us with 24 hours' notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment to avoid paying a 50% cancellation charge. Appointments of two hours or more will need to be secured with a credit card.
Children
We respectfully request out of consideration for other clients that children are not brought into the Whiteley beauty salon. For Health & Safety reasons we are not permitted to allow children into the treatment rooms.
Photography
Throughout our work at k:SPA in Fareham, we will often take photographs for our team training and for marketing purposes (such as for social media channels or website use). If you prefer us not to use any photography that shows you at k:SPA, feel free to inform a team member.
