It’s been a long time coming, but there’s not much time left to wait before we reopen our doors to all of our lovely clients! In preparation for the big day, we’ve been busy making some final touches to the salon and ensuring that everything is ready for that magical mid-April date.

When Are We Open?
We will be offering appointments from Tuesday 13th April and our opening hours will be 10am-8pm Tuesday-Thursday and 10am-6.30pm on Fridays. Bookings are currently being taken through our website, by email or via our app. We will look to extend our opening hours over time and will only do so in accordance with official health and safety guidelines and recommendations.
Our Safety Protocols
To start with, we may need to offer treatments on a more limited basis in order to ensure that we properly adhere to our safety and infection control protocols. This will involve reducing the number of clients and staff present in the building at any given time, subjecting each treatment room to a deep clean after every appointment and regular staff use of face masks and face shields.
As before, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with someone with the virus, you will need to reschedule a previously booked appointment for another time.
We have a strict duty of care to every individual who comes into our clinic, so please respect these rules whilst they are in force.
After almost a year of spending longer indoors than ever before and having to cover your face when out in public, your skin will definitely be in need of some TLC. That’s why we advise that your first treatment back with us is one of our Signature 60 Minute Facials.
Because it will have been a while since your last facial, we will start all of these treatments with a thorough consultation to identify any areas of concern that may have developed or worsened during lockdown. We will then concentrate on these issues and, via cleansing, exfoliation, dermabrasion, lymphatic drainage and a variety of other techniques, begin to restore your skin to its optimum condition.
ProBright Treatment may also provide you with a route back to more radiant, healthier-looking skin. This three-step facial rejuvenation procedure from Dermalogica® can address uneven skin tone, the signs of ageing and a dull complexion over the course of 3-6 treatments. It is particularly effective at managing hyperpigmentation, fading the appearance of age spots, irregular brown patches and various other pigmentation disorders with ease.
Last but not least, our brand new Bio-Penta Advanced Facial Treatments are a vital option for those dealing with a plethora of challenging skin concerns. Each of these is personal to you and will be based on the specific needs of your skin, making use of sophisticated deep cleansing and exfoliation techniques to revitalise your appearance. As part of these advanced facials, we will also use LED technology to cleanse the pores, remove bacteria and boost the skin’s regeneration processes.
