Returns Policy

At k:SPA we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica product purchased from in its original condition and original shipper packaging. We will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Should you have a skin response to your product please contact our customer service department as soon as possible on 01489 880497

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Please contact customer service by e-mail within 48hrs should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Place the unused item in its original condition and original shipper packaging
Contact our Returns Department at to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
